How do I sign up for a paid plan?

If you haven't already, sign up for a free trial. Once you're logged in, you can easily upgrade to a paid plan by clicking on the "Upgrade" button in the navigation bar and choosing the plan that suits you best.

I'm not sure which plan to choose. Can you help?

If you are unsure, begin with the plan that best fits your current team size and coverage needs. It is easy to upgrade if you need to add more teammates or coverage.

Do you have a plan that works with projects rather than monthly retainers?

Yes. Sign up for a monthly plan that suits your needs. When the project is finished, you can cancel your plan and you’ll only have been charged for the months that you have used. If you want to keep your report links live and data saved, but want to pause for a while, move to the Archive plan and we'll keep everything safe for you (just upgrade whenever you have future reports to create).

What if my coverage needs vary from month to month?

You can choose a monthly plan that covers your minimum amount and upgrade on months with higher coverage needs. Alternatively, you can select an annual plan where your usage can be spread evenly throughout the year.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you if you exceed your plan limits. You can choose to upgrade for the remainder of the month/year and you’ll only be charged for the remaining difference. You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time.

Can I pause my account if I have no coverage for a few months?

We recognise that PR often involves project work so we offer an archive plan if you need to pause. The $15/£10 month archive plan keeps your existing reports live for any clients or stakeholders to view. When you're ready to add more coverage, simply upgrade to a regular plan. You can find the archive plan in your account settings.

What does Priority Support mean?

We aim to answer all support queries within 1 working day (excluding UK bank holidays). If you are on silver plans or above you receive priority support which means that in busy periods your questions will be answered first.

I have a global team - do you have any bigger plans than these?

If you are looking for a plan above the Gold plan contact us to discuss our Enterprise Options.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. You can cancel at any time. You will only be charged for the plan you have started. You are not locked into any long-term contracts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept card payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. you can choose to be billed in USD or GBP (your card issuer may convert the amount into your local currency). We also offer invoicing options for our Annual Silver and Gold plans. Please contact our support team for more information.

Can you explain what clips mean?

This refers to the number of coverage items you can upload. A piece of coverage can be an online URL, a social media post, or an uploaded offline piece of coverage.

Do you offer discounts for charities and non-profits?

Yes, we do! CoverageBook provides eligible non-profit and charity organisations with a 30% discount on any plan. Learn more about our charity discounts.
