Awareness to action: How to measure content-led PR

Stella Bayles

On 21st February I joined Danny Ashton, Neomam Studios founder to host a CIPR North West event at Manchester University.

Danny's team at Neomam are experts at making content-led PR campaigns work. They gain hundreds of pieces of coverage on tier 1 news sites week in week out. They're approach is simple. Findf out what the active online audience wants and match your client to it - all through engaging visuals. It works. Their clients awarness is wide-spread and the 'linked coverage' is increasing Google serarch visibility too. But how do they prove that?

That's where we come in.

I joined Danny in sharing how to measure tier 1 media once your coverage hits. The slides below cover the two important areas of measurement:

  • Prove you have increased awareness
  • Prove your audience took action

Do you have an example of how you have proved target audience action following your PR campaign? We want to hear.

We're on a mission to help PR practitioners measure their communications better. We want AVE to be a thing of the past and out of reports by 2018. In order to do that people need inspiration and a different way. So let's share.
